Frequently Asked Questions about Executive Coaching and Launch
1. What is executive coaching?
Executive coaching is a one-on-one communication process that provides guidance, support
and training for professional and personal development.

2. How do I know if coaching is right for me?
Coaching’s
one-on-one dynamic is superbly suited to highly motivated executives who see
professional development as a natural component to success.

3. What can coaching help me accomplish?
I view coaching
as a relationship-based partnership where we tackle the issues of professional
leadership: Self-awareness, confidence, empathy and communication skills. If
you’re eyeing a promotion at work, looking to strengthen your image or
presentation skills, trying to battle through a temporary slump or looking to
make a transition in your career, coaching provides a safe and confidential
place for professional growth.

4. How long does it take to see change?
I love when
people ask that question because it all depends on how fast we get to the
bottom line of what is at stake and what the client sees as the major obstacles
to getting to where they want to go. I recommend that clients meet three times
per month for several months to lay the coaching foundation of learning, action
and results. Then together we’ll decide how to move forward.

5. Who is the typical coaching client?
My clients
range from young professionals to C-level executives to entrepreneurs. What
all my clients share is a desire to keep climbing mountains – they’re
ambitious, driven, intelligent – yet recognize that they need to make a shift
or change in order to impact their long-term success.
