She uses that expertise to advise corporations and individuals in the crafting of messages that will differentiate them in a crowded marketplace.

After completing her Bachelorís degree with Highest Honors, Ellen earned her Master of Science in Journalism from The Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. In September 2005, Ellen was awarded The Psychoanalytic Fellowship sponsored by the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia. Ellenís high-energy presentations on attitude, confidence and excelling in a virtual world have been well-received by some of the countryís most-admired corporations including IBM, Wachovia Securities, Investors Savings Bank and Bollinger Insurance. In addition, Ellen continues to speak before womenís groups and college audiences on a variety of topics and initiated the "Lunch and Learn" series for the Millburn/Short Hills Chamber of Commerce, which offers business strategies and tactics as well as networking opportunities for Chamber members and their guests.

In June 2007, Ellen was elected to the Board of Directors of the Millburn-Short Hills (N.J.) Chamber of Commerce.
